AFTER SALES SERVICE POLICY

Our after-sales service can be accessed by visiting cs@footagegear.com where one of our team members will be able to deal with your enquiry. Our team of specialists are able to offer advice and information on equipment that you have purchased from the iFootage store or one of its authorised dealers and can provide further information on accessories or replacement parts.


One year limited warranty

There is a one year warranty on all iFootage products during which time we will do our best to provide the repair or replacement of your equipment. We request that should you need to return any equipment that has been purchased from an iFootage authorised dealer or authorised online store such as Amazon, you adhere to their warranty, replacement and returns policy.


Support from Dealers:

In the unlikely event that your equipment fails to function or develops a fault and you originally purchased your equipment from an authorised dealer we would ask that you contact that dealer in the first instance providing them with your purchase details. We request that should you need to return any equipment that has been purchased from an iFootage authorised dealer or authorised online store such as Amazon, you adhere to their replacement and returns policy.
